Vitamin C is critical in dogs and cats for a few reasons. It is necessary for collagen formation, and immune system boosting. Collagen is critical to forming connective tissue, bone, and teeth. This powdered supplement is 100% pure ascorbic acid.

Daily Dosage: up to 20 pound: 1/8 teaspoon; 20 - 50 pound: 1/4 teaspoon; 50 - 80 pound: 1/2 teaspoon; over 80 pound 1 teaspoon. Increase doage during stress, illness, or recuperation periods. Split between AM and PM.
